A doula walks with you through your pregnancy, birth and postpartum. A doula can rub your back during labor, teach you about breast feeding, or help you understand test results. What’s GBS anyways?

Yes! Always. You will get to meet my backup so you are absolutely comfortable. Birth can happen at any time and I could have COVID or a flat tire, so I always have someone lined up so you aren’t hung out to dry on your important day.

I support all types of births! I will help you navigate all your pain management options and how to have an amazing epidural birth.

I am the doula of everyone involved in your birth! When the person (or people) alongside you feel confident and useful during birth, you are free to stop worrying about them and do your thing.
I either teach your loved ones to do what I’m doing (“Hey, let me show you how to do this hip squeeze!”) or employ them in other important roles (“Let’s make sure she gets a sip of water after every contraction!”).

As long as you are currently pregnant and not in labor, you can still hire me!
Most people reach out between 20-30 weeks, but all gestational ages welcome!
