Nervous about the first bath and fingernail clipping? I got you! In postpartum care I help with all baby related things from laundry, to dishes, to teaching you basic skills to care for your baby. I do a limited amount of postpartum support during daytime hours only. Shifts are typically 4-8 hours Monday through Friday.

I am an official Evidence Based Birth Instructor. This 6 week class will teach you everything you need to know to prepare for birth. The flipped classroom format meant you’ll learn via videos before class, and then have expert led instruction and community with other parents during class. The first and last sessions are in person at the Birth Center of Chicago, and the other classes are via zoom.
This class is discounted for clients who book doula services.
