Being pregnant is exciting and overwhelming all at once.

I get it. There are so many decisions to make, and so many unknowns! I will walk with you through all of it.

I blend holistic and progressive values with evidence based information and deeply compassionate care.

Trust your body.  Trust nature.  Trust yourself.

  • Birth is a natural, sacred process. I’m here to walk with you as the magic of birth unfolds. From comfort measures and supporting your partner, to explaining the biology of it all, I am excited to support you in the place you feel safest.

  • For those planning to deliver at a Chicago area hospital, I will help you and your partner navigate options and make sure your provider works for you! You deserve an amazing, empowered birth in the place you feel safest.

  • I teach Evidence Based Birth Childbirth Education classes every month.

EBB classes teach you everything you need to have an empowered birth at home, at a birth center, or in the hospital! We learn about comfort measures, how to get in a good mindset for birth, common interventions, and self advocacy. After this class, you and your partner are going to be super prepared and confident in your upcoming birth!

  • Chest/Breast feeding can be one of the hardest parts of having a newborn. I’m here to make sure you are prepared and set up for success.

  • Babies babies babies! I offer hourly postpartum support to make sure you and your little one are cared for in the best way possible.
